Forging Time = the time it takes us to make your custom and/or made-to-order item(s)

Shipping Time (click to see page) = the time it takes for your chosen method of shipping to travel from our Shop/Studio to your destination

TOTAL TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM = Forging Time + Shipping Time

These guidelines apply to ALL Collections.  If you have questions, please Contact Us BEFORE you order.  I cannot retroactively change orders, as our production process does not allow for a sustainable and reliable way to ensure this.

All One-of-a-Kind, Ready-to-Ship Items:

  • Will be shipped within 1-3 business days
  • Do not have a "Forging Time"
  • Will arrive in our custom boxes or tins, attractively packaged
  • Gift Messages can be included for a modest charge upon checkout
  • We offer shipping upgrades & insurance when you order
  • Holidays and pandemic mean slower shipping, be sure to account for this
  • Free Shipping is First Class USPS 

All Regular Customized, Made-to-Order Items:

  • As of 12/10/21, our Forging Time is approximately 7-10 business days BEFORE mailing.
  • Some items have an option to upgrade to "Move to the Front of the Line" to ship within 3-5 business days (this will be in the listing if it applies to your item)
  • Will arrive in our custom boxes or tins, attractively packaged
  • Gift Messages can be included for a modest charge upon checkout
  • We offer shipping upgrades & insurance when you order
  • Holidays and pandemic mean slower shipping, be sure to account for this
