Artisan Sterling Silver and Etched Copper Trailer in the Night Sky Pendant, Glamping, Camping, Hiking, Mountains Metalsmith Mixed Metal

I began with a solid sterling rectangle. Then I hand drew a little trailer on copper with a resist, and etched it in an acid bath. Once cleaned and cut, I stamped little stars and a crescent moon designs all around the sterling backing, and little logs for sitting, and a campfire. Super cute! Very classy and sassy! The pendant and chain are both oxidized, or antiqued, to bring out the natural color of the metals and add depth. Perfect gift for the camper in your life!

As this piece was completely ad hoc by hand, it is one of a kind!

The pendant itself is about 1.25". It is currently about 17" but you may ask for any chain length up to 24". The chain is sterling silver. You may also choose a few words or date to be hand-stamped on the reverse side - optional.
