Steel and Copper Horse Head Pendant, Wild Horse, hand carved, Metal Clay, PMC, Unique OOAK, Customizable Necklace, Recycled

This pendant took several steps to make. First, I hand-carved the horse head from metal clays - the deep gray is steel and the lighter mane is a bronzed copper. This is a clay that when fired, burns off the binder to leave only the pure metal. This piece is one of a kind and will never be duplicated exactly.

The pendant and findings (which are sterling silver) are both oxidized, or antiqued, to bring out the natural color of the pendant.

The pendant itself is about 1.5" x 1.5" in an irregular shape. The necklace is rolled black greek leather, 4mm. The clasp is sterling lobster style.
